Key Responsibilities

Business & Functional Analysis

• Gather, document, and challenge business requirements from Finance teams (Accounting, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, Controlling, etc. ).
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Analise current processes, identify gaps, and propose optimizations or automation opportunities.

Project & Change Management

• Support
  -
  - end project lifecycle: requirements, functional design, testing, validation, and
  - live support.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, and
  - functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Assist in change management activities, including training, UAT coordination, and documentation.

Systems & Data

• Support financial systems and applications (ERP, reporting tools, banking platforms).
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, and ensure data accuracy and reconciliation.
• Analyze financial data, KPIs, and system outputs to detect issues and ensure consistency.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact between Finance users and IT development teams.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Provide continuous support and ensure timely incident resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Finance, Banking, or Financial Services.

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of financial processes (General Ledger, AP/AR, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Reporting).
• Experience with SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Knowledge of financial applications/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Analytical & Problem-Solving

• Strong ability to analyse complex financial workflows and data flows.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong organization, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an international,
