Role

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust, secure, and efficient RESTful APIs.
• Actively contribute to the evolution of our microservices architecture.
• Implement and manage service deployment on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Work with Kubernetes for application container orchestration and management.
• Ensure the scalability, resilience, and monitoring of services in the cloud environment.
• Work within a
  - functional team in Agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Participate in code reviews and ensure
  - quality coding practices.
• Collaborate with frontend and Dev
  Ops teams to integrate
  -
  - end solutions.
• Interact with and optimize operations with SQL databases (or No
  SQL, depending on the service).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with a primary focus on Java.
• Strong
  - on experience with Spring Boot for building services and APIs.
• Proven experience with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its related services.
• Solid understanding and experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience working with Kubernetes.
• Strong experience in API design and developing RESTful services.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery).
• Hands-on experience with Docker for application containerization.
• Experience with SQL databases (e. g. , Postgre
  SQL, My
  SQL) or No
  SQL databases (e. g. , Mongo
  DB, Firestore).
