We're looking for an experienced engineer with strong architectural skills to guide our backend systems and help shape the future of mobility.

What will you do?

• Design and evolve the core backend of our Charging Management Platform
• Lead
  -
  - end technical initiatives, from system architecture to rollout
• Set engineering standards, review critical decisions, and mentor fellow developers
• Work
  -
  - hand with product, engineering leads, and
  - functional teams
• Ensure our services are secure, robust, and capable of scaling with demand
• We follow Agile principles (Scrum), value thoughtful execution, and prioritize clean, maintainable solutions over
  - term workarounds

What are we looking for?

• 8+ years of
  - on software engineering experience, primarily in backend development
• Degree in Computer Science (or comparable professional expertise)
• Demonstrated leadership in architecture and technical mentoring
• Advanced knowledge of
  Python
  and
  Django
  , with strong API and platform experience
• Clear communicator who can lead discussions, challenge assumptions, and drive consensos
• Portugal based and fluent in English
• AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Grafana
• Understanding of EV and mobility standards (e. g. , OCPI, OCPP)
• Exposure to modern frontend technologies (Java
  Script/Type
  Script, HTML, CSS)
