CELFINET, A Cyient Company is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill Junior/Mid
Level Backend Developer positions.

Responsibilities and duties:

The selected candidate will join an experienced team to jointly develop software in the Telecom business using highly innovative Technology and Methodologies.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing new features regarding the current company solutions.

Among other, the main responsibilities will be the following:

- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the best practices and tools regarding project management and software development.

- Comply with the established deadlines and requirements assuring superior code quality.

- Be part of development team, participating in product development meetings.

- Participate in the support and maintenance of Celfinet applications.

- Develop support documentation regarding the corrective/ progress of Celfinet applications.

Requirements:

- Skills and experience in Python and the ecosystem surrounding it.

- Concepts of containerization, containers and container management systems.

- Concepts of distributed systems, messaging, integration patterns.

- Knowledge or experience working with relational databases (SQL Server or Postgre
SQL preferred)

- Knowledge or experience working with
- relational databases (Mongo
DB or Elastic
Search preferred)

- (Concepts) Experience and understanding of software development concepts and tools like:

o Working with Source control tools (git preferred) with distributed teams.

o Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

o Automatic testing.

o Experience with Azure Dev
Ops preferred.

- Generally speaking, motivated people that can work collaboratively within a team, maintaining high working standards. Required English speaking/writing/understanding.
