What do you need to be SMART BACK END DEVELOPER?

• Strong experience building backend systems with Python and Type
  Script (4+ years, academic experience mandatory)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs
• Experience with databases like Mongo
  DB, focusing on schema design, optimization, and integrity
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud best practices
• Excellent English and Portuguese skills (mandatory for daily communication)
• Strong soft skills – teamwork, clear communication, autonomy, and proactivity
• Based in Lisbon, able to work 2 days/week in the office

Nice to have:

• Experience with GIT, Docker, and Data Structures
• Previous experience in Insurtech, AI, or startups
