What we value:

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar engineering role within a
- functional team environment;

- Proficient in Kotlin for backend development;

- Solid
- onexperience with Spring Boot and Ktor frameworks;

- Solid
- onexperience with SQL and relational databases, including optimization and schema design;

- Familiarity with REST API design principles, microservices architectures, and
- based services (preferably AWS);

- Comfortable working within an Agile development environment, embracing incremental delivery and continuous feedback;

- Strong
- solving and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for debugging and performance tuning;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of audiences.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with
- driven architectures (e. G. , Kafka, SNS/SQS);

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e. G. , Terraform);

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e. G. , Docker, Kubernetes);

- Previous work in startups or
- paced environments where adaptability is key.
