It's because of this that we are committed to providing equal opportunities to talent from all backgrounds. **YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY**:As a Brands Ads Team Lead you will be part of the Glovo's Brands Ads team, that is a cross functional division that focuses on providing a series of advertising assets that CPG Brands can invest to increase awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty. Your priority will be to work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to grow all brands and improve their performance. You will do this while facilitating great business relationships and ensuring brands' satisfaction with the service. You will also be responsible for a team of Brand Ads Associates. **BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL**:
- Pitch and sell Glovo's Ads to build and grow relationships with key strategic partners within FMCG and retail industries. - Lead the research, identification, prioritization and hunting of new Brands that may become your clients. - Fully understand your Brand's needs providing business advice based on deep analysis and reporting in order to recommend and prepare proper offers to maximize the effectiveness of activities. - Helping grow the selection of products by managing the launch of new products and improving product
- Work on initiatives and assets to generate traffic by supporting the development, execution of advertising campaigns inside Glovo. - Partner internally with key functions (Qcommerce, Innovation, Food) to contribute to the definition of priorities and operational goals according to the Brands' needs. - Regularly audit metrics to continually analyze the progress and make sure targets are reached and new opportunities are identified across verticals & countries. - Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation to find new ways of communicating and give visibility to your
- Work together with your team to ensure their growth and development. **YOU HAVE**:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in management, business administration, engineering,
- At least 5 years of Marketing, Sales or Business Development experience at a leading company or
- commerce
- At least 1 year of experience managing a small
- Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges demonstrating great planning, prioritization and
- management
- Experience on executing integrated marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and
- digital
- Understand local media landscape and work with
- functional teams to execute ATL/BTL
- Experience in project
- A deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs- Strong skills in Office, especially in Excel- Energetic, Extrovert, Highly motivated,
- driven and with excellent negotiation
