Join a leading gas company in Porto through Talent Search People, a trusted HR consultancy with 15+ years of expertise. We're seeking a motivated Back Office Agent to support billing and patient services in the healthcare sector.

On this occasion, one of our leading gas clients is looking for a Back Office employee with a native German level in Porto.

What will you do?

In this role, you'll focus on billing management and
- up in our health services division (e. g. , verifying if a patient was attended via insurance and handling the next steps for claims). Your daily tasks include:

- Managing client and patient documentation for accurate billing and resolving any billing issues promptly.

- Ensuring monthly billing targets are met through efficient verification and processing.

- Validating invoices generated per instructions, meeting document processing goals.

- Verifying and entering data accurately into systems to support seamless billing workflows.

- Organizing documents for delivery to patients and clients, including reminders for prescription renewals and deadlines.

- Supporting the commercial team by resolving inquiries, gathering data, and following up on treatment closures for compliance.

- Preparing, analyzing, and validating
- requested reports related to billing and health services.

- Contributing to digitalization efforts for faster, more efficient processes

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a quick learner with a passion for
- solving, you are the perfect candidate if you have:

- Fluent in German and English (mandatory for client communication, portuguese is a plus).

- Knowledge in
- office tasks, with a focus on billing and data entry.

- Certain knowledge of Excel for data validation and simple analysis (advanced skills a bonus).

- Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and a dynamic approach to continuous improvement.
