✅ Company: Our client is one of the most popular airlines with a network of many connections across Europe. As an interest in the services is growing very rapidly, we are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking back office employees for our team in Lisbon/Portugal.

We are looking for you!

✅ As a Customer Support you will:

• Handling cases in collaboration with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB).
• Supporting the NEB in verifying whether transport operators comply with passenger rights under the regulations.
• Managing complaints from passengers who believe their rights have been violated and resolving these cases with the relevant authorities in the country where the incident occurred.
• Mediating and resolving disputes with agencies to avoid legal proceedings whenever possible.

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

• 900€ gross x 14 months (it’s 1044€ gross x 12 months)
• 50€
  - fixed monthly project bonus
• up to 175€ gross performance bonus,
• 20 €/month – Transport allowance
• €7. 23 NET/day meal voucher!
