Cars2click Portugal Unipessoal, Lda. , a subsidiary of Cars2click AB, is the company’s administrative and financial hub.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our team in Portugal and looking for a motivated Back Office Assistant to join us.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams.
• Process and analyse information using our AI-based tools.
• Support daily work processes and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Contribute to team collaboration and overall performance.
• Perform other tasks related to the role, as assigned.

Profile & Qualifications

• Solid and strong knowledge of computer tools such as Excel and Outlook.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work proactively, and manage priorities.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for cars is considered a plus.

Conditions

• On‑site position (presential work).
• Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
• Full‑time employment contract.
