Role Description

This is a
- time
- site role for a Back Office Trainee at Factor
Chave. The Back Office Trainee will report to
- office manager and will be responsible for back office daily operations. Work as team member and with other company teams delivering tasks accordingly with goals and timeline.

This will be a level 6 IEFP internership in terms of payment and accordingly with IEFP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Events management or similar
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Team work skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Previous experience in the health sector is a plus
