Overview

We are a multinational company specializing in Information Systems, focusing on developing and implementing business solutions based on Microsoft tools, with an emphasis on integrated management solutions (ERP).

Position Details

Location: Lisbon

Duration: Temporary (with potential extension based on performance and business needs)

Working Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Invoicing: Generate and send accurate invoices, ensure data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on payments.
2. Purchase and Payment Recording: Record transactions, process payments, reconcile statements, and maintain financial records.
3. Branch Support: Support financial operations across branches, verify payment info, and facilitate communication.
4. General Back-Office Tasks: Provide administrative support, organize documentation, perform data entry, and handle correspondence.
5. Ad hoc Administrative Support: Assist with additional office and finance projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, finance, or accounting support roles.
• Understanding of invoicing, purchase, and payment processes.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or accounting software.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
