What does Clear

The flow of goods depends on the flow of data, which is why we connect thousands of machine manufacturers and dealers on our platform, centralizing their aftersales relevant data to ensure parts and services are available whenever and wherever they're needed.

As a Backend Developer, you will work on developing and maintaining backend software written in Java and Kotlin. You will also be responsible for reviewing code created by other developers, writing, running, and maintaining unit/integration tests, estimating tasks, and finding the best ways to implement new features.

You will work in a
- paced environment, collaborating with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to build
- edge software solutions. You should be passionate about software development and eager to learn new technologies and techniques to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend software written in Java and Kotlin
• Review code created by other developers
• Write, run, and maintain unit/integration tests
• Estimate tasks and find the best ways to implement new features
• Work in Scrum sprints (2 weeks) and participate in periodic meetings (Planning, Grooming, Review)

Your profile

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Java development experience (we are using 8 and 17)
• Experience with Spring Framework (Boot, Cloud, JPA, and others)
• Good knowledge of relational databases (Postgresql, My
  SQL)
• Gradle usage
• Good verbal and written English

Nice to have experience in:

• Knowledge of Kotlin and Python
• Experience with microservices
• Experience with AWS (S3, Fargate, Lambda)
