Professional Skills for the Roll

• At least 5 years' experience in backend development, with a strong focus on scalability and reliability
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and
  - driven systems
• Experience with Node. js and Type
  Script
• Solid knowledge of databases, data modeling and caching strategies
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems
• Strong understanding of software security principles and best practices
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
