WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Architect, develop, and execute on our technology roadmap, transitioning from
- stage prototypes to scalable and resilient
- scale production backend services;

- Collaborate with
- functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and the company's overarching strategy;

- Integrate with web3 technologies and protocols, emphasizing secure connections, data flow, and adaptability to the evolving needs of the business and market trends;

- Deliver technology solutions that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations, driving the company's growth and success;

- Continuously stay updated with the latest trends in backend and web3 development, ensuring Bastion remains at the forefront of technological advancements;

- Establish a scalable tech architecture that not only supports current business needs but also adapts to future market dynamics and customer demands;

- At least 4 hs overlap with EST is required.

MUST HAVES

-3+ yearsofbackendengineering experience;

- Strong programming skills in at least one backend technology (Go, Rust, Python, Scala);

- Experience withcloudplatformsanddatabases;

- Proven ability to design robust systems and APIs from the ground up;

- Solid understanding of scalability, performance, and security best practices;

- Upper-intermediate English level.

Requirements

3+ years of backend engineering experience; Strong programming skills in at least one backend technology (Go, Rust, Python, Scala); Experience with cloud platforms and databases; Proven ability to design robust systems and APIs from the ground up; Solid understanding of scalability, performance, and security best practices; Upper-intermediate English level.
