Position: Backend Engineer (Kotlin) (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) or Remote

We are recruiting professionals with the following profile:

Required Skills:

1. At least 5 years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role within a
   - functional team;
2. Proficiency in Kotlin for backend development;
3. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Ktor frameworks;
4. Experience with SQL, relational databases, optimization, and schema design;
5. Knowledge of REST API design, microservices architecture, and cloud services (preferably AWS);
6. Experience working in Agile environments with incremental delivery and feedback;
7. Strong
   - solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills;
8. Excellent communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex technical concepts.
