Context of the Position:
As a Backend Developer , you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems of our applications. Your expertise in C#, . NET Core 7/8/9 , and database technologies will ensure the creation of scalable, secure, and
- performance backend solutions. You will collaborate closely with
- end developers, Dev
Ops engineers, and product teams to deliver robust APIs and services.
Additionally, you will enforce best coding practices, contribute to architectural decisions, and promote continuous improvement within the development team.
A strong emphasis is placed on automated testing.
Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Backend Development
- Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using C# and. NET Core 9.
- Implement efficient data access layers using LINQ, Dapper, and Entity Framework.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
- Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using Open
ID Connect. - Work with My
SQL and Postgre
SQL databases, ensuring optimized queries and database integrity.
Code Quality and Best Practices
- Follow and enforce SOLID principles, clean architecture, and
- driven design. - Implement and refine the Mediator pattern to ensure maintainable and decoupled services.
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test suites, including unit, integration, and E2E tests.
- Utilize tools such as Newman, Playwright, Cypress, or similar to ensure high test coverage and application reliability.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain
- quality standards.
Collaboration and Agile Development
- Work closely with
- end developers to design efficient APIs and improve system interactions. - Participate in sprint planning,
- ups, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Mentor and support junior developers in the team.
Dev
Ops and Deployment
- Use Docker to containerize and deploy backend services efficiently.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Ensure security best practices are followed in backend implementations.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in backend technologies and industry standards.
- Propose and implement improvements in system architecture and development workflows.
- Contribute to
- sharing initiatives and technical documentation.
♂ What We are Looking For:
Languages: Fluent in English language. Interview will be conducted in English.
Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in backend development.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining scalable backend services.
- Hands-on experience with LINQ, Dapper, and Entity Framework in production environments.
- Experience working with authentication and authorization systems such as Open
ID Connect. - Demonstrated experience in writing and maintaining unit, integration, and E2E tests .
Technical Expertise
- Strong proficiency in C# and. NET Core 7/8 or 9. Experience with LINQ, Dapper, and Entity Framework.
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Proven experience with automated testing frameworks such as Newman, Playwright, Cypress, or similar is a super plus, but not mandatory.
- Expertise in developing RESTful APIs and integrating Open
ID Connect authentication. - Experience with My
SQL and Postgre
SQL database design and optimization. - Proficiency in containerization using Docker.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev
Ops practices (desirable)
