They are building AI‑driven growth platforms with the potential to reshape how businesses scale using automation and intelligence.

Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems powering AI workflows and data services.
• API & Data Infrastructure: Develop and optimize APIs, ETL pipelines, and microservices for
  - volume data ingestion and delivery.
• AI & Automation Integration: Collaborate with ML engineers to support AI agent integration for tasks like outreach, lead scoring, and segmentation.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and monitor cloud applications (preferably on AWS), focusing on resilience, security, and efficiency.
• Performance & Security: Ensure backend systems meet performance, stability, and data protection standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new tools, technologies, and best practices in backend development and AI/ML.

Education

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Experience

Proven experience in backend development, ideally in a startup or high‑growth environment

Technical Skills

• Python (preferred), Go, or Node. js
• Frameworks like Fast
  API, Django, or Node. js
• Databases: Postgre
  SQL, Mongo
  DB
• AWS stack: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS
• CI/CD tools, Git, Docker, serverless architecture
• Experience with ETL pipelines and third‑party API integration
• Familiarity with Lang
  Chain or LLM agent‑based architectures
