As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping both our product development and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

● System Architecture & Backend Development:

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems powering AI-driven workflows and data services.

● API & Data Infrastructure:

Build and optimize APIs, ETL pipelines, and microservices for
- volume data ingestion, processing, and delivery.

● AI & Automation Integration:

Collaborate with ML engineers to support AI agent integration, enabling
- autonomous growth actions like outreach, lead scoring, and segmentation.

● Cloud Infrastructure:

Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS (or similar), with a focus on resilience, security, and
- efficiency.

● Performance & Security:

Ensure backend performance, stability, and data protection standards across all systems.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

● Continuous Improvement:

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in both software engineering and AI/ML.

Required Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

● Proficiency in Python (preferred) or other
- purpose languages (e. G. , Go, Node. Js).

● Experience with backend frameworks such as Fast
API, Django, or Node. Js.

● Solid understanding of relational and
- relational databases (e. G. , Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB).

● Experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS:

EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS). ● Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, containerization (Docker), and serverless architecture.

● Ability to build and optimize ETL workflows and data pipelines.

● Strong experience integrating external APIs and
- party data sources.

● Strong grasp of security best practices and backend performance optimization.

● Experience working with LLM infrastructure, Lang
Chain, or similar
- based architectures.

● Methodologies & Tools:

Comfort with Agile, version control systems (e. G. , Git), and testing frameworks.

● Soft Skills:

Strong
- solving abilities, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

● Startup Experience:

Ability to thrive in
- paced, ambiguous environments and 0 to 1 product experience.

● Nice to have:

Frontend Expertise:

Solid foundation in Java
Script, HTML5, CSS3, and experience with libraries/frameworks like React. Js and Angular.
