We're looking for an experienced Backend Team Lead with extensive experience in Node. js to join our development team in Lisbon, Portugal!

Responsibilities:

1. Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
2. Hiring and training technical personnel.
3. Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
4. Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
5. Liaising with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard.
6. Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
7. Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.

Developer Responsibilities:

1. In-house platform development.
2. 3rd party API integrations.
3. Actively participate in developing new features from scratch.

Requirements:

1. At least 8+ years of professional experience in the IT field.
2. 3+ years of experience in leadership positions.
3. 3+ years of commercial experience with Node. js.
4. 5+ years of commercial experience in web development.
5. Knowledge of Java
   Script and the ECMAScript 6 standards.
6. Commercial experience in implementing the REST and Web
   Sockets.
7. Experience with Git version control system.
8. Experience with commercial databases My
   SQL.
9. Experience with Rabbit
   MQ.
10. Experience with Redis.
11. Advanced level of English.
12. Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
13. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
