Job Purpose

We are looking for a
- on, experienced engineer to guide a
- functional engineering team in building and maintaining our
- performing DBaa
S platform. This role combines technical leadership, team mentorship, and close collaboration with product and Dev
Ops teams to ensure reliable delivery, strong architecture, and continuous improvement across our backend systems.

This role is ideal for a senior backend engineer with deep Golang experience, ready to take on technical leadership responsibilities in a
- native environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a
  - functional engineering team.
• Work closely with Product Owner to plan and execute the roadmap.
• Guide architectural decisions and ensure code quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in development practices and Dev
  Ops.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and balance priorities across backend, Dev
  Ops, and QA.
• Facilitate sprint planning,
  - ups, and retrospectives.
• Own delivery timelines and ensure high reliability of our DBaa
  S platform.
  
  

• 5+ years of backend experience with Golang.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and
  - native architectures (Kubernetes, containers, etc. ).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead
  - functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with database clustering, high availability, and automation is a big plus.
  
  

• Experience with Kubernetes Operators or controllers.
• Background in DBaa
  S, Saa
  S, or Paa
  S environments.
• Hands-on experience with Postgre
  SQL, My
  SQL, or similar databases.
• Contributions to
  - source
  - native projects.
