About the job:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to lead the backend team in
- scale distributed systems.

• Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs, SQL.
• 5+ years in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience in managing technical teams
• Strong ability in systems design and complex
  - solving
• Project & Program Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Fluent English (B2)
• Living in Portugal

Nice to Have:

• Experience balancing
  - on technical involvement with people leadership
• Familiarity with agile delivery at scale
• Experience in environments with high ambiguity and evolving priorities

• Effective or B2B contract, it's up to you
