Role Overview:

As a Backend Technical Lead, you will oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of backend solutions for the v
Next project, with a focus on Microsoft Azure as the core cloud platform and . NET for development. You will also leverage Kubernetes for container orchestration and scalability. You will collaborate with a
- functional team to ensure the delivery of scalable, robust, and
- quality backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of backend architecture for our Saa
  S projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of backend developers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and Dev
  Ops teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Define and implement best practices for backend development, including code reviews and testing.
• Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure services for deployment, scaling, and monitoring of backend systems.
• Work with Postgre
  SQL databases for efficient data storage and management.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes for container orchestration and infrastructure scaling.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in backend development, including technical leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in . NET framework and related technologies.
• Expertise in Postgre
  SQL database design and management.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system architecture.
• Excellent

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Valid work permit for Portugal (mandatory).
