Are you
- oriented, organized, and skilled at managing collections? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team and play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and accurate financial records.

What You’ll Do

Collections Management

• Manage the full collections process, following company procedures and escalation protocols
• Contact clients via phone and email to secure payments on outstanding invoices
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection activities
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize accounts based on risk and value

Accounts Receivable Administration

• Process and post customer payments promptly and accurately
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Generate and distribute statements and aging reports
• Respond to customer inquiries about invoices, payments, and balances
• Support
  - end closing activities related to accounts receivable

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar finance role
• Secondary education required;
  
  accounting/finance qualification preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Quick
  Books, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills;
  
  CRM experience is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
