Provide timely and
- quality support for tech products to a diverse, global user base. This scope covers the clear and operational framework that drives our support performance, ensuring agile, efficient, and
- quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming support inquiries– via email and chat – with efficiency and accuracy.
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues and escalate complex cases as necessary.
Maintain adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Participate in regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements:
Fluency in German C1 (spoken, listen and written) + B2 level English.
Ability to support multiple markets.
Healthcare or technical support experience is a plus.
Strong communication,
- solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle disputes with empathy and professionalism.
Work Schedule:
Monday- Sunday: 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00
2 rotating days off
