We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Baker, you will be responsible for the production of
- quality baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in ensuring that our customers receive delicious and visually appealing products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes
- Operate and maintain baking equipment
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Decorate pastries and desserts with icing, glazes, fruits or toppings as needed
- Inspect raw materials for quality before beginning baking process
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a clean working environment
- Keep inventory of supplies and order new ingredients as needed
- Meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef (at least 2 years)
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment including mixers, ovens, etc.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust ingredients as needed
- Creativity in designing new baked goods or improving existing ones
- Excellent
- management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items (up to 50lbs)
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure in a
- paced environment

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $900 per month plus benefits.
