Banking Customer Advisor - French Speaker - Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as a Banking Customer Advisor will be:
Assisting customers with
- related queries, mainly via email (e. g. , card limit increase requests)
Performing other tasks related to banking activity depending on project needs
Coordinating office activities and ensuring compliance with company policies
Creating and updating financial, personnel, and customer records in databases
Collaborating in a diverse and multicultural team environment
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Native-level French speaker (mandatory)
Good written skills in French with the ability to provide clear answers
Motivation, commitment, and willingness to relocate abroad
Team spirit and ability to work with multiple nationalities
Background in sales or commercial activities is a plus
Previous customer service or credit recovery experience is an advantage
What’s in it for you?
Contract type: 6-month temporary contract
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
Salary package:
€890 gross/month x 14 months
Up to €100 monthly performance bonus
Meal vouchers of €7. 23 per workday
Partial reimbursement of transportation costs
Private health and dental insurance after 6 months
Relocation support for international candidates:
Reimbursement of up to €400 for initial flight after 4 months with the company
4 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided (rental fee to pay)
