Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Operations Customer Expert I to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support over the phone, addressing a variety of inquiries and technical issues related to telecommunication services. Your fluency in Italian and customer service skills will help in fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and friendliness. - Assist customers with issues related to devices, subscriptions, and billing. - Deliver personalized and empathetic customer service to ensure high satisfaction. - Identify and promote relevant products and services to enhance customer engagement. - Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory. - Previous customer service experience is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Energetic, proactive, and
- oriented approach. - Capability to work effectively in a
- paced environment. Training and Development:
- Duration: 15 working days of comprehensive training covering product knowledge and customer management. - Compensation: Proportional to successful completion of the training program. Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly Gross Compensation: Approximately 1, 251. 83, which includes:
- Base Salary: 768- Christmas Allowance: 64- Holiday Allowance: 64- Meal Allowance: 154- Additional Benefits:
