As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients via chat, phone, and email, ensuring fast, effective, and empathetic solutions. You'll play a key role in resolving inquiries, managing complaints, supporting investigations, and identifying customer needs — always with professionalism and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and efficient support across multiple channels (chat, phone, email).
- Manage and resolve complex cases from start to finish.
- Support investigation processes and dispute resolution.
- Assist and guide customers in vulnerable situations.
- Share knowledge and contribute to team training initiatives.
- Adapt to evolving business needs with flexibility.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 – mandatory).
- At least 12 months of experience in customer service, banking, finance, or insurance.
- Experience working professionally in Ireland (English-speaking environment) will be highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and customer focus.
- Strong
