As a Customer Support you will:

• After sales support of all customers' requests in Dutch mainly EMAIL but also incoming calls
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i. E. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns: "My toothbrush stopped working", "My TV arrived today after the repair, however it's still not working"
• Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information (i. E. : I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine;

• Answers delivery questions like: "I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue"
