About the Role
We are looking for a Banking Lawyer to join the international legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions, supporting corporate structures and licensing projects, and collaborating directly with senior stakeholders. If you thrive in a
- moving fintech and crypto environment, this position will give you exposure to international legal work at the highest level.
What You’ll Do
Manage
-
- day legal support for corporate setups in Estonia, UK, Cyprus, UAE, and other jurisdictions.
Lead and support licensing processes across multiple regions.
Draft, review, and maintain legal and corporate documentation.
Act as the key legal contact point for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Conduct legal research on corporate and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with regulators and top law firms worldwide.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of proven legal experience.
Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
Experience in international companies (consulting +
- house preferred).
Strong background in corporate setups and financial licensing.
Knowledge of AML/KYC procedures and regulatory standards (IOSCO).
Excellent drafting and communication skills.
Proactive,
- oriented mindset with interest in fintech/crypto.
