Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and resolve production incidents.
2. Monitor applications and infrastructure effectively, adhering to established SLAs for all business lines.
3. Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of existing procedures.
4. Manage application load capacity.
5. Oversee backup data management and conduct regular restore tests.
6. Maintain thorough documentation of processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar roles.
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, and/or Power
  Shell).
• Experience with JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, or IIS.
• Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and/or My
  SQL).
• Experience with infrastructure backups.
• Experience with monitoring tools (preferably Zabbix or Grafana).
• Basic understanding of Data
  Stage TX and Java (preferred).
• Proficiency in English.
• French language skills are a plus.
