Job Description:

• Manage and resolve production incidents;
• Monitor applications and infrastructure effectively, ensuring compliance with established SLAs for all business lines;
• Contribute to the continuous automation and improvement of existing procedures;
• Control load capacity for applications;
• Manage backup data and perform regular restore tests;
• Maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in similar roles;
• Good knowledge of both Linux and Windows environments;
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, and/or Power
  Shell);
• Experience with JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, or IIS;
• Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and/or My
  SQL);
• Experience with infrastructure backups;
• Experience with monitoring tools (preferably Zabbix or Grafana);
• Basic understanding of Data
  Stage TX and Java (preferred);
• English language skills;
• French language skills (a plus).
