- Provide IT support, configuration, maintenance, and administration for Atlassian Products (Confluence and JIRA).
- Manage support queue for Atlassian Products, addressing technical requests and providing optimal solutions.
- Use
- solving skills and app knowledge to resolve challenges and suggest alternatives. - Investigate and replicate customer issues to identify and address root causes.
- Translate support tickets into feature requests, bug reports, and improvement suggestions.
- Evaluate and manage usage of Atlassian product
- ons/plugins to meet team and business needs. - Identify opportunities for automation and tool support, taking initiative to implement solutions.
- Contribute to product documentation by creating
- based articles. - Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
- Experience integrating JIRA with Confluence;
- Knowledge on how to migrate Service JIRA to Data Center Jira;
- Experience with implementing and training on JIRA and JIRA Agile best practices, custom dashboards, and custom reports;
- Advanced level of English;
