This role involves providing technical support within the banking sector in Porto, Portugal. The position requires EU work permit approval.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to, analyze, and resolve technical issues reported by customers;
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues according to SLA standards;
- Properly document all
- reported issues; - Utilize ticketing systems for tracking and learning opportunities;
- Measure and act upon service metrics, thresholds, and KPIs to manage ticket resolution;
- Apply and contribute to technical support processes, policies, and tools;
- Collaborate with customer success, product, and engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- Technical background in Network Systems, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems;
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex issues efficiently;
- Ability to articulate technical issues in detail when needed;
- Proficiency in English;
- French language skills are a plus.
