- Restore customerissues promptly according to SLAs;



- Document all reported issues thoroughly;



- Utilize ticketing systems for tracking and learning;



- Measure and act on service metrics and KPIs to improve ticket resolution;



- Apply and contribute to technical support processes, policies, and tools;



- Collaborate withcustomer success, product, and engineering teams. Qualifications- Technical background in Network Systems, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;



- Knowledge of Linux/Windows;



- Strong troubleshootingskills and ability to find efficient solutions for complex issues;



- Ability to explain technical issues clearly and in detail;



- Proficiency in English;
