- related queries.

Responsibilities :

• Representing a leading financial institution and being a liaison between customers and the company's services
• Responding to customer inquiries via email, addressing their needs and resolving issues efficiently
• Performing various tasks related to banking operations, as required by the project
• Coordinating office activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies
• Creating and updating records and databases with relevant information

Requirements :

• Bilingual proficiency in German and English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds
• Energetic and proactive approach to work, with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Strong interest in intercultural communication and expatriate experiences
• Availability to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and personal growth
• Valid Portuguese work permit (required)

What We Offer :

• Type of contract :

Yearly or 6-month contract, renewable

• Working hours :

Full-time (40 hours / week), Monday to Sunday, with a rotational schedule

• Salary conditions (

Two options - including free accommodation or excluding it, with gross monthly salaries of €1030 or €1400 respectively
