Job Description

Citrix CVAD Administration

• Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments.
• Optimize app delivery and user experience across
  - prem, hybrid, and cloud setups.
• Troubleshoot CVAD issues including session performance and app availability.

Net
Scaler (Citrix ADC) Management

• Manage Net
  Scaler for load balancing, app delivery, and secure remote access.
• Implement TLS VPNs, MFA, and strong security measures.
• Monitor and optimize Net
  Scaler for high availability and scalability.

User Experience Optimization

• Optimize Citrix policies, profiles, and resources for a smooth user experience.
• Perform regular performance reviews and apply
  - driven improvements.
• Leverage tools like Control
  Up to enhance performance using real‑time data.

Control
Up Deployment and Usage

• Configure Control
  Up to monitor real‑time Citrix performance.
• Use insights to detect and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Analyze reports to support decisions and system improvements.
• Automate troubleshooting and admin tasks with Control
  Up.

Security and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for data protection and access control.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Use tools like Citrix Director and Control
  Up Insight to monitor system health and performance.
• Generate regular reports on system usage, performance, and potential areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Support

• Work closely with IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical support and training to end users and IT staff.
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure efficient system management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Citrix CVAD, Net
  Scaler (Citrix ADC), Citrix ADM, and Citrix Workspace Environment Management.
• Hands‑on experience with Control
  Up for dashboard and real‑time performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and SSL VPNs.
• Scripting skills – Power
  Shell.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in Citrix environments.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and train users.
• English proficiency.
• Citrix certifications such as CCP‑V or CCE‑V are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with other monitoring and virtualization tools like VMware.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and change management.
