Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineer



Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal



Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team for a project in Lisbon or in Porto.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Build and maintain SOAR use cases and automated playbooks (Cortex XSOAR, Microsoft Sentinel, Forti
  SIEM).
  
  
• Monitor, correlate and investigate SIEM alerts and logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
  
  
• Develop and optimise automation to improve response time and reduce false positives.
  
  
• Document procedures, support
  - incident analysis, and mentor junior SOC analysts.
  
  

• +3 years of experience (minimum 1 year in SOAR, maybe less experience but strong
  - on skills may be considered for a junior role.
  
  
• Solid knowledge of incident response, threat detection and security monitoring frameworks, with proven practical experience (proven examples need to be clarified).
  
  
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Microsoft Sentinel and Forti
  SIEM (mandatory;
  
  
  
  equivalent tools may beconsidered).
  
  
• Native Portuguese and technical English.
  
  
• x
  SOAR certifications are a strong plus.
