Main Responsibilities
Incident and Demand Management:
- Monitor and manage the stock of incidents and client demands in close collaboration with IT teams, involved squads (Personal Finance France and IT Corporate Functions), and Operations.
- Assess business impact and prioritize incidents accordingly, triggering escalation when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure SLA compliance and activate the right contacts to accelerate resolution, participating in dedicated task forces when required.
Incident Resolution:
- Take ownership of P3–P4 incidents, coordinating with Level 3 IT teams and relevant squads until full resolution.
- Provide clear communication and updates to business stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate all IT changes that may impact the entity (e. G. , migrations, freezes, ICP exercises).
- Send daily updates before 8 a. M. regarding the status of data flows from Personal Finance France to the entity, ensuring any issues or delays are promptly addressed by the appropriate teams.
- Prepare and deliver Post-Incident Reports (PIR) within agreed timelines and follow up on action plans.
- Maintain regular reporting on IT Risk, IT Security, AIA forms, repositories (My
APM), and Shadow IT.
Operational Monitoring:
- Perform daily monitoring of batch processes for supported applications, acting promptly in case of issues to guarantee business continuity.
- Communicate application status to clients and ensure smooth operational flows.
Skills:
- Software development experience
- Database and SQL knowledge
- IT Risk and Cyber Security basics.
