- Deliver exceptional technical support, handling queries about our products, hardware, and software issues. - Resolve customer complaints efficiently, striving for continuous improvement in satisfaction. - Process customer requests, orders, and tickets promptly and accurately. - Maintain respectful and effective communication, adhering to Cluster's guidelines and policies. - Provide valuable feedback to improve processes and find innovative solutions. **What We Expect From You**:
