responsabilidades chave

Responsabilities:

Receive customer calls (handling customer service requests, retention, complaints, etc. );

Handle
- office activities with rigor and efficiency;

Achieve the quantitative objectives set for you;

Report information from the field;

Participate in work meetings, individual or group interviews to optimize service quality and internal organization;

Comply with confidentiality rules and internal regulations.

competências

proficient in french;

english language skills;

previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);

high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);

knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

principais benefícios

base salary of 880€/month;

meal allowance of 7, 23€ per day worked;

complexity bonus of 150€/month;

schedule: monday to friday, from 7:30am to 5:00pm.

2 days off: weekend
