Responsabilidades chave

Responsibilities:

• Receive customer calls (handling customer service requests, retention, complaints, etc. )
• Handle
  - office activities with rigor and efficiency
• Achieve the quantitative objectives set for you
• Report information from the field
• Participate in work meetings, individual or group interviews to optimize service quality and internal organization
• Comply with confidentiality rules and internal regulations

Competências

• Proficient in French
• English language skills
• Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus)
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus)

Principais benefícios

• Base salary of 880€/month
• Meal allowance of 7. 23€ per day worked
• Complexity bonus of 150€/month
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Two days off: weekend
