Responsabilidades chave
Responsibilities:
- Receive customer calls (handling customer service requests, retention, complaints, etc. )
- Handle
- office activities with rigor and efficiency - Achieve the quantitative objectives set for you
- Report information from the field
- Participate in work meetings, individual or group interviews to optimize service quality and internal organization
- Comply with confidentiality rules and internal regulations
Competências
- Proficient in French
- English language skills
- Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus)
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus)
Principais benefícios
- Base salary of 880€/month
- Meal allowance of 7. 23€ per day worked
- Complexity bonus of 150€/month
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Two days off: weekend
