Responsibilities

• Create and refine the cocktail menu, ensuring an innovative, trendy selection.
• Lead the bar team, inspiring them to always deliver their best.
• Guarantee every drink served carries the Moxy quality seal – always delicious, always on point.
• Train the team to maintain mixology and service standards with a touch of irreverence.
• Manage stock and orders so that nothing is ever missing.
• Interact with guests and create a vibrant, engaging environment.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Organise thematic events and activations to make the bar the coolest spot in the city.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in dynamic hotel or bar settings.
• Passion for mixology, innovation and hospitality.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Creativity to develop cocktails and thematic events.
• Knowledge of stock management and supplier relationships.
• Contagious energy and guest interaction skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).
