We're Hiring: Barista for a Family-Style Restaurant & Specialty Coffee Bar

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. If you love coffee, have experience with specialty brewing methods, and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare
  - quality coffee beverages using professional equipment
• Confidently work with espresso machines and grinders, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup
• Brew using alternative methods (V60, Aeropress, Chemex, French Press, etc. )
• Maintain a clean, organized, and
  - stocked coffee station
• Provide excellent customer service and share knowledge about coffee with guests
• Cooperate with the team during busy hours and support overall restaurant service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and equipment calibration
• Passion for coffee and attention to detail
• English level B1 (required)
• Portuguese level A2 (basic conversational level required)
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
