Bartender (f/m/d) Albufeira

The newly renovated Hapimag Resort Albufeira in Portugal is just a few steps from the sandy beach and a 10-minute drive from the city of Albufeira, on the Algarve. It features 213 holiday apartments, a restaurant, a bar, an indoor pool, a sauna, an outdoor pool, and various sports facilities.

Our resort is looking for an open-minded and
- oriented individual to strengthen our gastronomy department as an engaging, friendly, and excellent Bartender.

What you can expect

• Preparing alcoholic and
  - alcoholic drinks for the bar and restaurant.
• Interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks.
• Assessing guest needs and preferences and making recommendations.
• Mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Planning and presenting the bar menu.
• Replenishing and stocking the bar inventory and supplies.
• Always focusing on the guest and promoting an excellent guest experience.
• Managing your own cash register.
• Responsible for the hygiene of your station and for adhering to the HACCP concept and all service standards.

What you bring along

• Proven work experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Team spirit and the enjoyment of integrating productively into a team and achieving a common goal.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• You love keeping the bar perfectly organized, stocked, and sparkling clean.
• A relevant training certificate is a plus.
• Responsible, independent, and friendly personality.
• Very good German and English skills.
