Responsibilities

• Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes, using measuring systems.
• Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, tables, and tools.
• Prepare garnishes, stock ice, glassware, and supplies.
• Transport supplies and wash glassware.
• Process payments, count bank at shift end, and complete cashier reports.
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas.
• Follow safety policies, report accidents, and maintain professional appearance.
• Provide excellent guest service, anticipate guest needs, and develop positive relationships.
• Adhere to quality standards and perform other duties as assigned.
