Job Description:

We are hiring a Bartender to join our team at W Algarve in Albufeira. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop competitive skills.

Position Summary:

Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. Maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stock supplies, wash glassware, and process payments. Follow all company policies and procedures, report accidents, and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve drinks as per recipes.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
3. Process payments and manage cash at the end of the shift.
4. Ensure adherence to safety and security policies.
5. Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
6. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

Requirements:

English language proficiency required. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds. Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and
- eye coordination.
