Accoladed with a Michelin Star in the same year it opened and with the Green Michelin Star in 2025, Encanto serves a unique tasting menu, 100% vegetarian, with around 12 moments,

that celebrates the work of small or local Portuguese farmers and cedes the spotlight to seasonal products.

Open for dinner, Tuesday to Saturday.

Candidate profile:

• Minimum of 2 years' previous professional experience in fine dining service;
  
  
• Friendliness and a passion for customer service;
  
  
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and solid technical foundations;
  
  
• Interest/experience in fermentation techniques;
  
  
• Enthusiasm
  - waste practices and sustainability;
  
  
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences;
  
  
• A desire to learn, grow, and evolve together with our team;
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills;
  
  
• A strong senseof responsibility and professionalism;
  
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a
  - oriented environment;
  
  
• Good command of English (mandatory).
