Your role

We are looking for a versatile Bartender to prepare and serve drinks with precision, creativity and efficiency, while delivering a warm, professional and memorable guest experience.

Your Journey

• Prepare alcoholic and
  - alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails.
• Serve guests at the bar with friendliness, speed, and attention to detail.
• Manage beverage stock, restock supplies, and control inventory.
• Work closely with the waitstaff team to ensure smooth and coordinated service.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and
  - presented at all times.
• Recommend drinks and pairings based on guest preferences.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and quality standards of the hotel.
• ideas to the bar menu and support event beverage planning.

What do you bring to your trip

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in 4-star hotels or similar establishments.
• Strong knowledge of mixology drinks , service techniques, and classic/modern cocktails.
• Languages: Portuguese and English required; Spanish and/or French are a plus.
• Dynamic, creative, and
  - oriented personality.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to be part of a growing project.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
